TRAINING NIGHTS
Tuesday Nights Training consists of track intervals run to a set of Summer & Winter sessions. All welcome, as there are different paced groups running the intervals. See the weekly listing of sessions for more information You will need a day pass or an annual pass to use the track facility. Passes are obtainable at the Sports Arena Reception
Wednesday Nights Road Running / General Running Fitness Ladies & Mens Running Starter Group to Running Fitness
Meet at cabin on far side from track entrance. Training is aimed at beginners, people aiming to improve running fitness and for those who are aiming to take part in future events. All welcome, sessions are varied and enjoyable! Advice and assistance offered by a coach and helpers. See the Wednesday Group Info Leaflet for details.
